Removable straps are included so you can attach it to any sleeping mat.A quilt is really comfortable to sleep in and gives you more room than a sleeping bag. We prefer to use a quilt in temperatures down to around 0℃ as when the temperature creeps below 0℃ you start to miss a warm hood.
