Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by you as a customer, meaning the person placing the order, with the following entities, hereafter referred to as “Brav” or the “Seller”.
In addition to the terms set out below, consumer purchases made online are regulated by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-Commerce Act. These terms apply unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions, and a binding agreement is entered into between Brav and you as the customer. Brav owns the brands Swix, Toko, Lundhags, Ulvang, and Helsport.
2. Buyer
The buyer is the person listed as the buyer in the order, hereafter also referred to as “you” or “your”.
3. Prices
All prices stated in the online store include VAT. The total cost of your order will be displayed at checkout and includes all costs associated with the purchase, including shipping and VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors. Offers are valid while stocks last and only during the stated campaign period.
Inventory discrepancies may occur. If one or more items in your order are unavailable, we may send the items that are in stock and refund the unavailable item(s), or cancel the order if none of the items can be delivered.
Discount codes apply only to full-price items and cannot be used on already discounted products, unless otherwise stated. Some discount codes are personal and may only be used by the intended recipient. We reserve the right to reject orders and deactivate discount codes in cases of suspected misuse. Only one discount code may be used per order.
The currency in the webshop is determined by the delivery country selected by you. If you wish to change the shipping country or currency, this can be done through the country selector in the top menu.
4. Formation of the Agreement
The agreement becomes binding on both parties once you have submitted your order.
However, the agreement will not be binding if there has been an obvious typographical, pricing, stock, or technical error in the webshop, the ordering process, or your order, and the other party knew or should reasonably have understood that such an error existed.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We recommend that you review the order confirmation carefully and verify that it matches your order, including quantity, item type, and price. If there is any discrepancy, you should contact us as soon as possible.
5. Payment
You can choose between secure payment methods.
6. Delivery Methods
We cover shipping costs for deliveries within Norway and Sweden. For orders to other countries, shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart before the order is placed.
7. Risk of the Goods
The risk for the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you in accordance with section 9. We are responsible for the goods until delivery has taken place.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by notifying us within 14 days from the day you receive the item.
In addition, we offer 30 days of free returns for unused items. To exercise your right of withdrawal or your return right, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return an item, you will be refunded the value of the goods as paid at the time of purchase within 14 days after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.
If you are returning all or part of your order and selected invoice as your payment method, you may postpone the due date free of charge through Klarna’s website. Failure to do so may result in a reminder fee before your return has been received and processed. Any reminder fees are payable by the customer. We will update the invoice as soon as your return has been processed. If you have already paid the invoice, Klarna will contact you to arrange the refund.
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, including the original product packaging, all labels attached, and without odors, marks, or other signs of use. If the original product packaging is damaged, the item may be considered used.
If you return a used item, we will assess the reduction in value and refund the item’s reduced value only. Items returned without original packaging, labels, or with odors, stains, marks, or other signs of use may be considered used and may not qualify for a full refund.
9. Delivery and Delay
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is usually 1 to 4 business days.
Please note that delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to circumstances affecting the shipping carrier. The maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from the date your order was placed. If your order has not been delivered within that period, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost, unless otherwise agreed.
Packages that are not collected from the agreed pickup point within seven (7) days will be returned to us. Failure to collect a package does not in itself constitute use of the right of withdrawal.
10. Complaints and Defects
If the item has a defect or fault, you have the right to make a complaint within 2 years from the date you received the item, provided that you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering, or when you should reasonably have discovered, the defect.
When submitting a complaint, we may ask you to provide close-up photos and an overview of the issue. If the product is damaged, stained, marked, or has an odor when you receive it, you must contact us immediately so that we can register this on your order, especially if you later wish to return the product.
Please note that the right to complain does not apply where the item has been used abnormally, negligently, or contrary to its intended purpose.
If we have sent you the wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. In such cases, we will cover the return cost and send the correct item, provided it is still in stock.
You must be able to document your purchase. Your order number will normally be sufficient proof that the item was purchased from our store.
In the event of an approved complaint, we will refund the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase or replace the item if it is still in stock.
Just as we are responsible for the package reaching you, you are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment reaches us. If you choose a tracked return service, you will have better control over the shipment. If you choose an untracked alternative, the risk of loss during return transit may be higher.
11. Force Majeure
If circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in legislation, government decisions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemics, or similar events, our obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement will be suspended for as long as such circumstances continue.

13. User Reviews
If you submit product reviews on our websites, you grant Brav the right to publish those reviews on our websites and in other channels and media.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law of the delivery country shall apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards or sale items, unless otherwise stated.
