Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses in Norway and Sweden.

We do not deliver to Svalbard.

Available shipping methods, delivery options, and current shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is approximately 1 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, transport issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information by email.

Additional tracking and delivery options may be available directly from the carrier.

Collection of packages

Packages delivered to a service point must be collected within the time period specified by the carrier.

If the package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to us.

Failure to collect a package does not automatically count as exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us.

Delayed delivery

If your order is delayed, you retain your rights under applicable consumer legislation.

If the delivery is significantly delayed or you believe the package has been lost, please contact Helsport customer service.
